Arryve is working with RMV (public transportation in Hessen, Germany) to find an easy way to reclaim ticket money in case of delay. The task was to develop a user-friendly application route with which customers can quickly and easily reclaim their money.

Part of the assignment was also to develop a fraud system for RMV employees.

What was the challenge?

The client wanted to be the fastest money back guarantee application process on the market. Making the applications easy and handy to use preferably from your phone on the spot.

What was the delivered solution?

I decided with the Stakeholder to declutter the application process to the only 4 necessary steps. The user is also able to create a account and log in with his details to make the process even faster.

Part of the project was also to create a iframe version to be shown on the desktop RMV Website.

Some other internal redesign can't be shown here.

At last I went for a very simplistic User Interface with a minimal colour palette to highlight key information.
